Thorough vacuum. Stain treatment. Fabric removal (if applicable). Anti-bacterial hand scrub and deep clean. Steam clean. Frame clean & polish all plastic parts. Tyre clean and polish (not applicable for car seats). Fabric sanitiser/disinfectant. Fabric spray.

*Turn around time is between 24-48 hours. 🍀

*Stubborn scuff marks & frame scratches won't be removed by cleaning. 

ADD ONs

🛑 WHEEL SERVICE $5 - Wheels taken apart for hair removal and lubricant (if model allows). Tyres pumped if needed. 

🦠 MOULD - Unfortunately, we wont be cleaning CAR SEATS with mould as we deem it unsafe for use. For PRAMS however, if you really need it done, please get in touch.  Prices will vary (starting from 10 to 25) on how much mould there is to remove.

BOOKING  & PAYMENT INFOS 

• At the moment, we are only taking 2-3 bookings a week and mostly on weekends only. Please disclose any important information regarding the state of your prams for any damages present.

• You will receive your invoice in your message during the process.

• We accept cash payment upon collection of the item. We also accept a bank to bank transfer via osko but we will require a receipt payment copy before you can collect your item/s.

• If for some any reason you are having an issue making a payment, please contact us immediately to discuss a payment plan.

Terms & Conditions 

• We care and make sure your prams and other baby gears are thoroughly cleaned and of satisfaction guarantee. Unfortunately, some very stubborn stains, even after a deep soak and few more scrub will remain. 

• We pride ourselves in looking after your prams very carefully, However, we must still advise that whilst we always take utmost care and exercise all reasonable skill in cleaning your pram/baby gear, we cannot assume liability or responsibility for any inherent weaknesses of, or defects in, materials that have exceeded the manufacturer’s warranty date, or those that are not apparent prior to cleaning. This includes any tears in fabric, any colour loss, colour bleeding, shrinkage or damage to weak/tender fabrics or the windows in the hood/s, other components like old and brittle plastics, oxidosed metals etc. Given the delicate nature of certain leathers, suedes and vinyls, any such item or items will be cleaned entirely at your own risk.

• We take good care of your pram  and that includes the frame and the wheels. If after the cleaning process and upon collection or delivery of your item you find that there is damage to your tyres or pram chassis, we won't be taking any claims of damage due to our 100% safe handling guarantee. To avoid such issue, please examine the tyres of your pram for any holes, pressure issue, rust and wheel bearing problems before leaving them to us. 

• Scuff marks and scratches on the frame will not be removed by cleaning and polishing.

• The cleaning process requires scrubbing of the fabric and may result in visible wear to the fabric as a consequence. Where Pram Care determines that application of stain removal or scrubbing will compromise the integrity or functionality of the fabric, or any part of your item, then the process may be ceased at the sole discretion of Pram Care and complete stain removal may not be achieved. Pram Care therefore does not guarantee that every stain can be removed from any particular item.

•  Please make sure that all personal items such as jewelries, money etc are removed before leaving and having your items serviced by us. If we find something, you will get notified asap. 

• Seatbelts in car seats or capsule requires a more delicate cleaning process such as water and only mild babysafe soap (if necessary) to clean to not damage its safety purposes therefore, some very stubborn stain may not be removed completely. 

• MOULDY BABY GEARS wont be accepted for liability and safety purposes. We won't risk the safety of your baby as mould weakens the fibers of the straps and pose a health & safety risk therefore it won't be as safe. We suggest to call the manufacturer and ask for a replacement. 

• The safe assembly, installation and use of any items (including child restraint seats and infant carriers) are your responsibility and you should check all items for safety and functionality prior to use.

• Pram Cares liability with respect to any damage to items directly caused by Pram Care will be limited to the lesser of the cost of Pram Care repairing the damaged item(s) or that amount being six (6) times Pram Care charge for cleaning that item irrespective of its brand or condition at the time of collection from Pram Care. No claims for damages will be recognised unless you advise Pram Care in writing (email or Facebook message is acceptable) of the same within 24 hours of collecting your item back from Pram Care.

• Please contact us, preferably by email or a direct message on our facebook and instagram page if you are not happy with our work within 24 hrs of receiving the item/s with a picture so we can discuss it further and find a solution. Otherwise, a 50% refund will be issued. 

• All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change.  

• We strive to have your pram or car seat dry on collection however, we can not guarantee that it will be, please plan your shopping trip accordingly.

OTHER INFORMATIONS

• We will notify you once your item is completed as soon as possible. 

• At the moment, only DROP OFFs and COLLECTION at our place once item/s are done. 

• Sadly, we do not repair prams or car seats however, replacement parts are usually found on the brands official website.
